Booking and Cancellation policies:
Booking policy:
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Last day of Booking: 3 days before arrival.
Deposit during booking: 30% of total amount.
Full payment due: 14 days before arrival.
Bookings made 14 days or less before arrival, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Feel safe:
During the COVID19 pandemic we shall keep at least a whole day between bookings for cleaning and sanitizing purposes.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellations 8 – 29 days before arrival date: 30% deposit non-refundable
Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival: non-refundable
Due to our revised booking policy during the COVID19 pandemic, for your convenience we changed check-in and check-out hours:
Check-in: 08:00 – 00:00
Check-out: before 22:00
Inform us beforehand about your expected time of arrival and flight number or boat trip. Requests to check-in or check-out at different hours may be possible depending on availability of the residence.
For any special requests, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be glad to do our best to accommodate you.
- All guests must provide full names and official identification documents before arrival.
- Baby Crib is available upon request.
- Pets are allowed at an extra fee for cleaning purposes.
- Kassiopeia is a non-smoking residence, smoking is allowed only in the verandas and upper garden, provided extra caution is taken to prevent setting fire.
- Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
Disclaimer:
- Due to the many stairs, the house is not wheelchair accessible and may pose difficulties to persons with limited mobility.
- As a house with stairs and different levels, verandas and low windows, it requires that children should be supervised at all times and guests should be mindful.
- Parents with children take full responsibility for their supervision.
